- What You'll Do:
- Manage logistics and scheduling for field retail operations
- Handle client communication and team coordination with confidence
- Assist with basic HR functions: onboarding, recruiting, and supporting team needs
- Source, screen, and recruit new team members as needed
- Use digital platforms and project trackers to stay on top of tasks
- Balance multiple priorities with precision, urgency, and professionalism
- Collaborate closely with leadership and field teams to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate in various formats with merchandisers (phone, computer, text)

- Requirements:
- Ability to have a home office and work varied hours (we support employees in multiple time zones)
- Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office ( Outlook, Teams and experience with an ATS system)
- 2 years of experience in recruiting or a similar role in retail merchandising
- Must be a quick learner and comfortable with on-the-job training
