• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Experience in recruitment processes or HR practices (bonus).
• Familiarity with platforms like Discord or other community management tools (bonus).
• Basic design or video editing skills for creating visually engaging content (bonus).
