Hello,
I am Konstantin, Co-founder of SatiSupp International. We are a company specializing in Amazon Europe (Germany, Italy, France, Spain, United Kingdom). We provide full Account Management services to Amazon Sellers (listing creation and optimization, customer support, reporting, marketing etc.)
We are looking for a highly motivated German customer support representative who will reply to our customer emails.
Important Points:
- You will have to reply every day to E-mails (even during the weekend) since all emails have to be replied within 24hours and check twice a day as average response time should be low
- The workload is about 1 hour per day 3-4 days per week in the beginning and will increase as you take over more accounts
- You should be able to work without daily supervision and have excellent time management skills
The hourly rate will depend on your prior experience.
