- Associate degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; OR
- 6+ months of related experience or training; OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents, write reports, and work effectively with customers and sales
- Basic mathematical skills with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Solid troubleshooting skills
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift 10 pounds What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative
- Provide telephone support to customers, Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), and consumers
- Handle all inbound calls in accordance with Call Quality Standards
- Coordinate with external vendors for art proofs and customer orders
- Assist with processing internal and external customer orders
- Receive, review, and submit order requests accurately and efficiently
- Verify customer orders for correct pricing, accuracy, and compliance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BSG products, processes, and promotions
- Resolve basic to complex customer issues with effective solutions
