We are seeking a Virtual Tele Chat Support representative to provide exceptional customer service through virtual chat support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

    Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via virtual chat
  • Provide product information and support to customers
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Assist with customer feedback collection and analysis
    Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in typing and computer skills
  • Experience with virtual chat support tools is a plus
