- Candidates can't choose shift, so they must be available to work on 2nd and 3rd shift and at least one day of the weekend.
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative (Call Center experience).to join our client’s team, one of the US’s largest Security companies.
Job description
- THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION!! We are open to review resumes from applicants located in either of these states: Indianapolis, IN; Newport, KY; Cincinnati, OH & Jacksonville, FL.
- The call coordinator will answer phone calls from potential and existing ADT customers; ask specific questions to determine the reason for the call and then transfer to the appropriate department.
- Call center experience preferred.
- Candidates will be taking 200+ calls daily. This position is fully remote
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications.
- Must have a positive enthusiastic behavior with a desire to provide a great phone call experience with all the calls they handle.

- Responsibilities:
- Candidates are required to provide their own equipment for this role.
- All Candidates must have:
- Internet Service (cannot connect via WIFI)
- Core i3 with 16GB of RAM
- Candidate must have a minimum of 25mbps upload and 25mbps download. Run internet speed test at www.speedtest.net
- Candidate must have a minimum of Windows 10 on computer.
- Must have modem connection - Must be hardwired to your computer via ethernet cable.
- Home computer, monitor and headset that will allow agent to answer calls. Must have USB headset that is Avaya compatible for incoming customer interactions.
- Allow ADT required software to be uploaded to their computer (CT Soft phone, which allows incoming calls)
- Computer Equipment Requirements:

- * Intel I3 processor or higher (I3, I5, I7), AMD Athlon Silver or Ryzen 3 processor or higher.
- Minimum of 8GB RAM installed.
- Functional USB Headset.
- Ethernet port for a wired internet connection.
- Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps (download and upload).
- Candidate must have a minimum of 25mbps upload and 25mbps download. Run internet speed test at www.speedtest.net.
- Unacceptable Specs:
- * Chromebooks or MacBooks.
- Intel N95, Pentium, or Celeron processors.
- Bluetooth or Analog Jack Headsets.
- Wi-Fi only connections.
- Training Schedule:
- Training Period: Monday through Friday from 12:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Nesting Period: Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM, depending on class size and trainer availability.
- Performance Metrics:
- Schedule Adherence: 95%+
- Aftercall Work (ACW): Less than 4 seconds.
- Call Accuracy: Regular audits to ensure proper script following and correct actions taken during calls.
- Screening and Onboarding:
- Candidates must complete screenings and drug tests within 48 hours of an offer.
- All screenings must be completed by Monday before the candidate's start date.
- Attendance Policy:
- Candidates cannot be absent during the first 6 weeks of their assignment.
