Creating simple website/crm/books workflow
Posted 2025-05-30I have a very simple business selling a few retail products online.
The WP website is built and live. We are using WooCommerce.
I need to create a workflow that does the following:
1. Syncs customer info and online orders between WooCommerce, a CRM, and Quickbooks Online.
2. Creates and emails invoices to the customer when they place an order.
More details:
1. I have not set up a CRM yet. I only need very basic CRM functionality. I have looked at Zoho CRM, Bigin (a Zoho product), and Pipedrive.
2. I already have Quickbooks Online set-up and running for the business.
3. A problem I am running into is when QB emails invoices to the customers, there is a payment link in the email. I don't want to use QB for payments and have not found a way to get rid of the payment link in the email. As a solution, I am looking to do the invoicing outside of QB. Zoho has an invoicing platform that ties into Bigin or their CRM.
My business needs are really basic. I don't need a ton of functionality and it is built-in to all of these products. I just need someone to help me put the pieces together.
I'm looking for someone with experience in these products who can help me develop a solution and implement it for me.
I don't see it taking more than a couple of days.
