As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with customer inquiries, providing technical support, and maintaining a positive and professional relationship with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer chats and inquiries
• Provide solutions and technical support to customer issues
• Monitor and resolve customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with other team members to improve and optimize customer support processes
• Continuously maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide relevant and accurate information to customers

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in a customer support or similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in using chat and communication software
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
