- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Effectively multitask and manage various customer service requests and administrative duties.
- Learn and adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes to better assist customers.
- Manage incoming requests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, demonstrating agility and adaptability.
- Be resourceful in providing solutions to customer needs, navigating complex scenarios when necessary.
- Use Google Suite tools (Documents, Sheets, Forms, Gmail, etc.) to track and manage information.
- Stay committed to a high standard of service, maintaining a positive and can-do attitude throughout all interactions.
- Take initiative to learn and implement new technologies as needed for the role.
- Daily Tasks
- Email Correspondence: Respond to and manage a high volume of incoming emails from alumni, ensuring prompt, professional, and accurate communication.
- Phone Support: Answer and return calls to alumni, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and resolving issues as needed.
- Alumni Registration: Assist with registering alumni on our registration platform, ensuring accurate data entry and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the registration process.
- General Support: Provide ongoing administrative assistance to the Events Team as needed, maintaining smooth operations during the Reunion season.
