As we expand our team, we are looking for a Customer Care Representative who embodies our values and is passionate about making a difference in the community. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of incoming calls, generating sales leads, and identifying customer needs to ensure satisfaction. Building sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication is key. You will provide accurate and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools, while also meeting personal and team sales targets. Handling customer complaints effectively and following up to ensure resolution is crucial to maintaining our high standards of customer care. You will also be tasked with keeping detailed records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and adhering to communication procedures and guidelines. Taking the extra mile to engage customers and ensuring their needs are met will be essential to your success in this position.

    Requirements
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • ,
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • ,
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • ,
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • ,
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • ,
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • ,
  • High school degree
  • ,
  • Experience in any kind of Waste Hauling / Management is a huge plus

  • Bilingual is preferred

  • Data entry experience
