Position Overview

Our extensive knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment assures our client’s plan design and operation will meet required standards. We use this expertise to provide innovative strategies for maximizing plan contributions and asset accumulation. The selected candidate will provide live chat support, assisting customers with website navigation issues, service questions, and general inquiries while working in a remote capacity.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns.
  • Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate.
  • Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately.
  • Promote interest in client products and services while consistently meeting established performance standards.
  • Continuously project a positive and professional image.
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team and assist with overflow work as needed.
    Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to different personalities.
