This role involves responding to comments, handling direct messages, removing inappropriate or negative feedback, and escalating urgent issues to management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and understands social media etiquette.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and engage with comments on social media platforms in a timely manner.
Respond to direct messages professionally and effectively.
Remove spam, inappropriate content, and negative feedback that violate community guidelines.
Escalate high-priority or sensitive issues to management as needed.
Ensure all interactions align with the brand’s tone and values.
Requirements:
Experience in social media moderation, community management, or customer service.
Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
Familiarity with social media moderation tools is a plus.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
