Customer Service Representative

Sonicu, a fast-growing wireless sensor and cloud-based Saas company headquartered in Greenfield, IN is looking for an entry level Customer Service Representative to help fill the demand of our growing client base. The position is full-time and serves a vital role in our customer team. Sonicu offers employees unlimited growth potential, a fast-paced work environment in the growing Saas/Monitoring platform/IoT industry.

    Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for incoming phone calls and support tickets.
  • Provide the first touch for incoming support tickets through CRM or email, determine support issues, and escalate appropriately.
  • Identify discrepancies between Hubspot and CRM with contacts, hardware, and professional services.
  • Maintain data within CRM including company, individual, invoicing, and shipping contacts.
  • Troubleshoot common issues with hardware or software and provide basic tech support, document in CRM and escalate to 2nd tier technical support when required.
  • Complete order entry for new orders, and collaborate closely with the sales & Customer Success teams..
  • Assist with additional duties as directed.
    Experience Preferred
  • Customer service-related experience.
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Experience working within Hubspot CRM or similar preferred.
    Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate must read and speak English fluently
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
