Customer Service Representative
Sonicu, a fast-growing wireless sensor and cloud-based Saas company headquartered in Greenfield, IN is looking for an entry level Customer Service Representative to help fill the demand of our growing client base. The position is full-time and serves a vital role in our customer team. Sonicu offers employees unlimited growth potential, a fast-paced work environment in the growing Saas/Monitoring platform/IoT industry.
- Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for incoming phone calls and support tickets.
- Provide the first touch for incoming support tickets through CRM or email, determine support issues, and escalate appropriately.
- Identify discrepancies between Hubspot and CRM with contacts, hardware, and professional services.
- Maintain data within CRM including company, individual, invoicing, and shipping contacts.
- Troubleshoot common issues with hardware or software and provide basic tech support, document in CRM and escalate to 2nd tier technical support when required.
- Complete order entry for new orders, and collaborate closely with the sales & Customer Success teams..
- Assist with additional duties as directed.
- Experience Preferred
- Customer service-related experience.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience working within Hubspot CRM or similar preferred.
- Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must read and speak English fluently
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
