Job Overview:

We’re seeking motivated, commission-driven Sales Representatives to help expand our customer base. If you have a passion for logistics, international trade, or delivery services—and enjoy being rewarded for performance—this opportunity is for you.

This is a 100% commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.

Your Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new clients across industries (importers/exporters, retailers, manufacturers, designers, etc.)
• Sell Falcon’s wide range of services, including:
• Ocean & air freight (LCL/FCL)
• Customs clearance
• White glove last-mile delivery
• Road freight, drayage, warehousing, car shipments
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Provide client details to operations for quoting and service execution
• Report weekly sales pipeline and activities

Compensation & Benefits:
• 100% commission-based pay – no base salary

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or delivery services preferred
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and independent
• Comfortable with outbound sales (cold calling, networking, etc.)
• Knowledge of U.S. import/export markets is a plus
• English required – Spanish, Turkish, or other languages are a bonus

Note: This is an independent contractor (1099) position. No fixed salary is provided. You earn based on what you close.
