Seasonal Manager, Corporate Partnerships [Remote]

The Seasonal Manager, Corporate Partnerships will act as a key sales position for the Corporate Partnerships team, charged with managing current partners in support of the Sundance Film Festival and Sundance Institute programs throughout the year.
Working closely under the Associate Director, Corporate Partnerships, the Seasonal Manager supports Sundance Institute s commitment to support and advance the work of independent artists in film by engaging with mission-aligned companies to support our work through financial contributions, activations, and other critical support.
This temporary position works full time from Monday, June 9, 2025 through Wednesday, July 9, 2025 and will be required to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet key deadlines and respond to on-call needs as assigned. This is a remote position but preference will be given to candidates based within a commutable distance to New York City in order to work onsite in a hybrid capacity as needed.
Top priorities include but are not limited to
- Managing a portfolio of partners on an interim basis, including Festival and year-round partnerships, for both revenue and in-kind support growth.
- Supporting the department s revenue goal through proactive account management.
- Overseeing a portfolio of approximately 20-30+ corporate partners on an interim basis, including ensuring consistent communication and supporting any preparations needed for renewal negotiations.
- Supporting revenue goals by executing on a roadmap for both renewals and new business development that support the likelihood of success as needed.
- Providing accurate forecasting of your revenues weekly to the Associate Director and greater corporate partnerships team.
You have the following direct or transferable skill sets:
- 3 years of experience in pitching and managing multiple corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and/or sales, with direct experience in the media industry.
- Ability to express a clear value proposition to potential corporate partners.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and projects, and stay calm and focused under pressure.
- Demonstrated experience meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Outstanding relationship-building communication skills to communicate effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
