About the Team

This role focuses on processing Handling Disputes, Returns reviewing for proper documentation and approvals received and invoices received in system

Job Summary:

This role focuses on Return to Manufacturer process, Handling Disputes, reviewing for proper documentation and approvals received.

Knowledge of an organization's billing requirements and the ability to utilize the proper tools and follow accounts payable practices and procedures. Processes accounts payable transactions as a regular part of daily work. Analyze chargebacks and understand why the vendors disputing the chargebacks. Setting of vendor profile in system correctly so the deductions go through. Analyze the issues in current systems. Understand and learn the end to end RTM Process in Lowes. Build relationship with vendors. Work on Process Improvement Projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Finance:
  • Ensure all assigned chargebacks, disputes & returns are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Process all chargebacks assigned are completed with set accuracy and productivity.
  • Prioritize the ageing and urgent requests on regular basis
  • Follow desktop procedures and controls while working on invoices
  • Analyze the root cause of errors and work towards mitigating those in future
  • Responsible for providing data on regular intervals (daily, weekly & monthly basis)
  • Serves as subject matter expert and mentor for the team
  • Suggest process improvement ideas
  • Support the additional work load within or beyond your respective processes as and when required
  • Development of trackers for self and team is must
  • Proactively interacting calls with partners and sharing or taking process related informationsupdates
  • Training opportunities to be utilized proactively
  • Works in collaboration with OPS Lead and Partners to understand challenges/concerns/process updates/exceptions and address them in a timely manner with proper document.
  • Challenge the systems.
  • Deep Dive in upstream and downstream of the process.
  • Support Process Improvement Projects.

Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Education level: Bachelor's Degree

Field of Study: Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field

Skill Set Required

    Primary Skills (must have)
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and Accounts Payable processes
