Part-Time Lead Generation/Sales Support (REMOTE)

We are seeking a PART TIME, REMOTE Sales Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong lead generation and research background in B2B, and the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment. As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process.

What You'll Do:
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, proposals, and reports
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Assist with market research and analysis to identify potential customers and new business opportunities (lead generation)
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in Salesforce or other CRM software
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and pricing details
• Assist with order processing and tracking, ensuring timely delivery of products or services
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques

Experience Needed:
• Previous experience in sales support role
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• B2B research and lead generation experience
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar tools
• Ability to effectively market and negotiate technology products or services
• Familiarity with technical sales or telemarketing is a plus
• Comfortable making warm calls to potential customers
