As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to address passenger inquiries regarding reservations, flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel disruptions.

Assist customers with booking, modifying, and canceling flights while ensuring adherence to company policies.

Resolve issues related to ticketing, refunds, upgrades, and loyalty program (SkyMiles) benefits.

Handle complaints and escalations professionally, striving for first-contact resolution.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Delta Airlines' policies, promotions, and procedures to provide accurate information.

Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the airline, travel, or hospitality industry.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a customer-first approach.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting performance metrics.
