Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

    Duties
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain customer accounts by updating information and resolving any issues
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Assist with resolving complaints or concerns in a professional manner
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer records
  • Conduct outbound calling for follow-ups or surveys
    Requirements
  • Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle various customer situations
  • Experience with cash handling and processing transactions is preferred
  • Knowledge of computerized systems for data entry and customer management
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus for serving diverse customer needs

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $843.00 - $2,050.00 per week
