Entry Level Lab Technician

  • Perform routine and non-routine chemical and physical tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as GC, HPLC, FTIR, UV-Vis, pH meters, and titrators.
  • Accurately document test results and maintain detailed records in accordance with GMP and ISO standards.
  • Identify deviations or non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Support validation and calibration of laboratory equipment and test methods.
  • Collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues and improve product consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing or laboratory environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with analytical techniques and quality systems (GMP, ISO 9001).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
