live chat customer support assistant. Your job will be to respond to live
chat messages from customers on a business’s website and help
them with their support questions. Don’t worry if you have not done this
type of work before, this is an entry-level position and full training is
provided.

doing:
As a live chat assistant, you
will be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service
through online chat on a business’s website and social media
channels. Your duties will include answering customer inquiries, offering
promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. As a
valued member of the team, you will play a vital role in creating a positive
customer experience and driving
sales.
Contract
length: No fixed
term
Rate: $25 – $35 per
hour
Skills/background
needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website
chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently.
Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours
availability per week. Reliable internet
connection.
Hours
per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work online worldwide
