Position Summary
Mental Health and Well-being (MHWB) Strategy, Product and Market Enablement (SPME) drive the organization in the journey to improve the mental well-being of everyone we encounter, by scaling our services, harnessing innovative energy of the market and broader enterprise in a consultative manner, while introducing new solutions and evolving the way we develop and launch products .
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated candidate to join the MHWB Product Operations team within SPME. Reporting to the Lead Director of MHWB Product Operations, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and managing compliant products and solutions aimed at enhancing mental health and well-being.
As a member of this team, you will lead and support MHWB’s compliance within the enterprise’s legislative implementation process. You will conduct the initial review of legislation for impact to all BH products, services, and functional areas and collaborate with internal constituents to confirm compliance and/or develop compliance action plans to ensure our products and programs comply with relevant regulations.

- What You Will Do
- Lead overall end-to-end project management of all MHWB legislative action plans and provide evidence of compliance
- Lead the analysis of legislative impact on all BH products and services
- MHWB’s Single Point of Contact for Market conduct exams, regulatory inquiries, and objections
- Support the development and implementation of BH legislation
- Gather and analyze feedback in support of performance analysis for solutions and continual improvement
- Develop deep understanding of the legislative process and MHWB business acumen
- Achieve desired results, determines what is important and urgent, clarifies next steps, and delegates effectively to meet deadlines and achieve desired results
- Collaborate and partners with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed
- Effectively manages multiple competing projects with effective prioritization and eye for detail
- Anticipate resource needs, set priorities, establish accountabilities, define roles/responsibilities, and manages relationships
- Support Lead Director with general inquiries
- Ensure BH product compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of successful project management experience
- 3+ years of healthcare business/insurance industry experience
- Demonstrated problem solving, decision making and process improvement skills
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and ability to communicate with all levels of management
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with or understanding of Federal Mental Health Parity and state mental health regulations
- Knowledge of Behavioral Health products, benefits and offerings
- Understanding of Group Health Plans (i.e. network, claims, provider reimbursement, clinical, and/or product)
- Knowledge of enterprise legislative implementation process, including the Compliance Assessment Response Tracker (CART)
- Strong MS Office skills

BS/BA or equivalent work experience

Pay Range
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is
$54,300.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
