Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Meeting and assisting guests with eagerness, respect, and graciousness.
• Help educate diners about the range of products and promotions available for their selection.
• Go above and beyond by assisting patrons in finding their way to their table.
• Ensure that any complaints from guests are dealt with efficiently and resolved to their satisfaction.
• Be proactive in maintaining the cleanliness of tables and chairs by sanitizing them regularly.
• Offer mints to guests at the conclusion of their dining experience.
• Ensure garbage removal and upkeep of a tidy dining room.
• Beam and establish connections with individuals in a pleasant and interactive style.
• Promote a cohesive and transparent line of communication between the front counter and dining room teams.
• It is essential to consistently follow sanitation and safety guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:
• The minimum age requirement for this activity is 16 years old.
• Required to meet availability criteria, which involve weekends such as Fridays and Saturdays.
• Ability to confidently utilize a cash register is crucial.
• Capacity to juggle various responsibilities effectively and maintain a fast workflow.
• Emphasizes teamwork, versatility, reliability, and a solid commitment to work.
• A favorable mindset and a commitment to serving customers well.
• Proficiency in clear and successful interactions with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to handle the physical challenges of the role is essential, which involves standing for up to 10 hours and lifting objects of up to 50lbs.

Salary:
