We focus our efforts in customer service that will work closely with our business and customer accounts to increase profit margins and close all sales orders. The Customer Care Representative will be provided with training from leading industry experts so that all of our Customer Care Representatives can be fully knowledgeable in all aspects of the sales, customer service, and the installation process. Our company will ensure all Customer Care Representatives fully understand all of AT&T’s products and service to be capable of handling any questions. - Customer Care Representative Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with business owners and customers to understand their needs and recommend AT&T products and services
- Utilize customer service and sales techniques to educate customers about new wireless and internet technology solutions
- Build lasting relationships with business owners and customers to ensure continued satisfaction even after delivery of their new products
- Collaborate with the Customer Care Representative and sales team to strategize and achieve increased sales and customer acquisition margins
- Provide exceptional customer service to address any concerns or issues that our customers may have
- Stay up-to-date on AT&T’s products, services, new upgrades and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market
- Work alongside senior leaders to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Customer Care Representative Qualifications:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,950.00 - $5,250.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
