Junior Business Development Associate (Part-Time, Remote – US Only)

We’re a boutique consulting firm working with enterprise clients across the US and UK. We’re looking for a part-time, remote Junior Business Development Associate to support early-stage lead generation and outreach efforts.

You’ll be working directly with the founder in a flexible, async role — ideal for someone hungry to grow in the tech, SaaS, or consulting space. This isn’t about high-volume spam — we care about smart, thoughtful outreach that opens real conversations.

    Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential customers or partners across platforms like LinkedIn, ServiceNow’s ecosystem, job boards, and industry forums.
  • Build lead lists with clear logic and contact detail
  • Send tailored emails, connection requests and follow-up messages
  • Track outreach and responses in Google Sheets or Notion
  • Set up intro calls and provide brief notes where needed
  • Comfortable occasionally calling warm leads or referrals — this is not a high-volume cold calling role.
    Requirements:
  • Strong written communication
  • Self-starter mindset with high attention to detail
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM basics
  • Interest in SaaS, tech, or enterprise services a plus
  • Previous experience in sales, lead gen, or client engagement is helpful but not required
    Hours:
  • 10 - 15 hours per week (flexible schedule)
  • Contract role – flexible, remote, and designed to grow with the right person
  • PayPal, AirWallex, or another option we agree on
  • Additional bonuses are available for high-quality leads and booked intro meetings that convert into scoped opportunities.

There’s room to grow with us — this role has the potential to evolve into a more senior sales position as the company expands in the US.
