    All Lines Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic ERP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP system implementations and upgrades. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, change management, and ERP platforms. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure the ERP system aligns with organizational goals and delivers measurable value.
     
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead ERP implementation and upgrade projects from initiation through post-go-live support.
    • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
    • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into ERP configurations.
    • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external consultants and developers.
    • Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, and user training.
    • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
    • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change logs.
    • Ensure ERP solutions support business objectives and drive process improvements.
    • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives.
     Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of experience managing ERP projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Infor).
    • Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, HR, and/or manufacturing.
    • Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
    • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
