    Role Overview:

    We are looking for a Finance and Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day finance and administrative operations. The role includes managing payments, assisting with treasury tasks, supporting HR-related processes, and coordinating with external accountants. This is a remote role suited for someone proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment. Candidates must be based in Lisbon or the surrounding area, as occasional in-person meetings or document handling may be required.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process and manage payments to suppliers, service providers, and employees.
    • Monitor cash balances and assist with treasury control and planning.
    • Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts and digital payment platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • Maintain and update internal tracking systems for payments, invoices, and cash flow.
    • Coordinate with external accounting and payroll providers to ensure timely delivery of required information and documents.
    • Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding documentation, leave tracking, and personnel file management.
    • Assist in compiling documentation for audits and financial reporting.
    • Handle administrative support tasks related to finance, contracts, and compliance.

    Requirements

    • 2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting support, or administrative roles.
    • Solid understanding of payment processing, reconciliations, and financial controls.
    • Comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, )
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks autonomously.
    • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
    • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or a related field.
    • Residence in Lisbon or Greater Lisbon area.
