    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team as an Office or Off Site Live Chat Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through live chat on our website. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers resolve their issues efficiently.Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Monitor chat queue and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
    Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or support role preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems

Compensation Range: $55K - $60K
