Office Clerk Responsibilities:
- Collecting surveys and updating the company software
- Tracking shipments time of arrival and delivery information
- Monitor emails to resolve issues and best predict timely product arrival
- Secure customer payments and ensure the agent has accurate information
- Act as liaison between the customer and the agent to determine arrival times and best course of action
- Investigate and assess property damage and review estimates.
Office Clerk Experience:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, SharePoint)
- Ability to operate office equipment (fax machines, printers, scanners)
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to listen and assess situations.
