You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within an existing customer base, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful adoption of our solutions.What You'll Be DoingProspect into CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end usersGrow a current base of MongoDB customers by landing new workloads through outbound prospectingManage the full sales cycle for all MongoDB Products & ServicesDevelop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targetsCollaborate with the sales ecosystem to drive sales initiatives and partnershipsBuild a sales pipeline in Salesforce and Clari while maximizing prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sendoso, and OutreachWhat You'll Bring To The Role5+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience with a focus on closing new workloads and expanding accounts.
