For more information, please visit .ResponsibilitiesThe IT Coordinator provides essential technical support to the field service groups, warehouse, and our data center, ensuring seamless operations.Elevate end-user experiences by delivering exceptional technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and other devices. Execute precise reimaging processes, mastering the art of managing system configurations to ensure optimal performance and elevate hardware capabilities.Configure software systems like MS Office, Citrix, and Linux for optimal functionality.Implement and manage a tracking system for network availability, software licenses, and expiration dates.Oversee our inventory, including equipment, hardware, software, and supplies.Troubleshoot and maintain external and internal devices such as hard drives, printers, scanners, laptops, and tablets.Enforce firewall rules with a keen eye for precision.Collaborate with Network Engineers and Database Engineers on tasks like setting up firewalls, configure rule changes, and database-related initiatives.Support gaming system hardware and software in a virtual environment.Maintain OS firmware for cutting-edge systems.Document and track comm equipment location and serials.Troubleshoot communication issues.Monitor and maintain contractually required dual comm locations.Playing for What Matters Most - You!IGT employees receive the following employment benefits (all benefits mentioned are subject to policy and eligibility requirements):12 paid holidaysProrated paid vacation based on part-time hours, unused vacation days by the end of the calendar year will be forfeitedAccrued paid sick leave - accrue 1 hour for every 30 hours worked401k with employer match after 1000 hours worked and 100% vested from first day of contributionQualificationsProven experience as a Network Technician or in a similar role.In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software systems.Familiarity with security measures and compliance standards.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.CompTIA Network+ certification required.Relevant certifications such as A+, Sec+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent preferred but not required.Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.Work Experience1 - 2 years of related experience is requiredKeys to Success

These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $46,717 - $62,920. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
