Location: RemoteAs a Customer Service Rep. I you will:
Job Description:

• Resolve customer issues with products or services via inbound/outbound calls and e-mail


• Assist with online portal access including user maintenance, password resets, and web browser troubleshooting


• Schedule appointments


• Provide customer education on products and services


• Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions


• Ensure HIPAA compliance


• Respond to all customer inquiries within a timely manner


• Accurately document customer interactions


• Evaluate the nature of customer issues to determine the proper resolution


• Utilize internal resources as needed to resolve complex issues


• Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolve


• Maintain productivity and performance standards

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required


• Prior Call Center experience

Pay Range: $ 18.00 - $ 19.00 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Benefits:
