Job description: Job Seekers can review the Job Applicant Privacy Policy by clicking .Job Description:The Shared Services Center (SSC) Revenue Assurance Supervisor is responsible for all day-to-day operational and financial support functions for Lease Administration to include package processing and vehicle ordering, exception processing, billing setup accuracy, financial controls, and financial/operational reporting for both internal and external customers. This position requires managing work analysis and staffing, customer contracts, quality assurance, and continuous improvement/performance. This role is focused on maintaining steady workflow and productivity, meeting service/productivity standards and resolving operational problems and identification of business process opportunities.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily activities related to Lease Admin processes of auditing contractual documents, ordering vehicles, and transmitting all Lease, RPM, and ODM contracts. Responsible for communicating and coordinating with the Local BU and National Sales teams, Pricing, Purchasing, and Ryder’s Legal team regarding the receiving and processing of deal summaries that are submitted to Lease Admin for processing.
- Manage daily activities related to vehicle order revisions to include any necessary package adjustments, cap variance research and analysis, and researching and/or troubleshooting complex sales packages.
- Manage day-to-day work processes in SFDC for vehicle orders and package audits to ensure accurate and timely turn times. Manage the effectiveness of process controls and incorporates best practices to ensure Lease Admin team meets departmental metrics.
- Primary input to hiring, performance & rewards decisions for employees, provides guidance, coaching and training. Ensures work coverage for the group, including scheduling, attendance management and payroll.
- Oversee and work with Lease Admin Trainer to develop and maintain desk procedures, training manuals, internal control documentation. Work with Lease Admin Quality Auditors to implement and administer quality control/assurance processes and procedures and oversee coaching and training as needed to meet accuracy goals.
- Acts as the primary escalation point, resolves and addresses issues within established guidelines. Acts as the SME for the group and or business process.
- Manages P&L
- Lead or participate in projects to include department, SSC, division, and corporate initiatives
- Recommend/make decisions regarding existing or new programs/initiatives that have a significant impact to business operations and outcomes
- Often serves in a consultant or advisory capacity. Regularly interacts with field management and customers
- Administers company policies that directly affect subordinate employees
- Recommends improvement to department policies and practices
- Ensures that work is performed consistently and timely within company policies and procedures

- In Accounting or Finance 8 years or more, Preferred
- Relevant experience 1 year or more, Preferred
- Supervisory experience 2 years or more, Preferred
- Ryder experience, Preferred
