Job description: Field Service Engineer - Linear Accelerators (LINAC) - $110,000–$160,000 – CaliforniaA client of nGenium have an exciting opportunity for a talented Field Service Engineer to take charge of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of Linear Accelerators.Role Overview:

• Perform servicing, testing, and maintenance of assigned equipment following company guidelines to ensure optimal performance.


• Work independently without direct supervision.


• Provide remote support to customers and assist Field Service Engineers in resolving service issues promptly.


• Manage spare parts inventory for assigned customers, ensuring they have the necessary components to maintain equipment reliability and safety.

• Strong expertise in electronic and electro-mechanical engineering, including the use of testing and calibration equipment.


• Proven experience working with Linear Accelerators (Linacs).


• Solid technical background in micro-computers and PC-based systems.


• Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in both English and the local language (written and spoken).
