Job description: Job DescriptionHealthcare + Facilities Project CoordinatorPer Diem EmployeeThis is a temporary role to assist our center of excellence (mobilization team) with new healthcare account openings.
Per diem employees travel to newly opened accounts and are paid on an hourly basis.
Travel expenses and meals are reimbursed by Aramark.Able to work in one or the or more of the following service lines:
- Responsible for performing administrative functions including distributing mail, ordering, and stocking supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors
- Assists unit management with clerical tasks in relation to accounting, payroll, receiving, and/or human resources including filing, data entry, record review and maintenance, etc.
- Greets customers, clients, and employees; answers inquiries or directs calls where necessary
- Maintain office memos and informative postings
- Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office
- Environmental Service
- Linen/Laundry Service
- Operations and Maintenance
- Transportation Services (internal and external)
- Perform on-site services to new mobilizations, and support to existing facilities as directed by the Healthcare + Director of Support CoE
- Initial set-up of facility data in Facility Fit Pro (buildings, employees, shifts, etc.),
- Physical inventory of spaces collecting square footage, surfaces, and fixture data and entering in the Facility Fit Pro Program
- Add personnel in the People Module of Facility Fit Pro
- Conduct the building inventory for Environmental Service
- Write employee task (Cleaning) schedules in Facility Fit Pro
- Assemble equipment as directed
- Provide Aramark Training to cleaning procedures
- Provide interim management as needed
- Working knowledge of cleaning regulatory and infection control requirements
- Write Linen/laundry schedules based on productivity standards
- Provide training to linen/laundry personnel
- Provide interim management as needed
- Working knowledge of linen/laundry regulatory and infection control requlations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good presentation and training

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent computer skills
- Management skills
- Good financial and data analysis and Interpretation skills
- Managers should have five to seven years of management and technical experience in Facilities Management related field.
- Prior healthcare support service experience preferred
