As the HR Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of core HR operations, drive recruitment strategies, and help shape a strong and inclusive company culture. You’ll work across departments to manage onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance—both domestically and internationally. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone passionate about organizational development and people-first leadership in a digital-first environment.Accountabilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies aligned with local and international employment laws
- Foster a positive employee experience through engagement initiatives and effective conflict resolution
- Oversee performance management systems to support professional development
- Coordinate training programs that align with business and employee growth goals
- Ensure compliance across compensation, payroll, and benefits administration
- Partner with Finance and Operations for seamless onboarding, background checks, and HR audits
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 4 years of HR experience, ideally in digital marketing, tech, or eCommerce sectors
- Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and international employment regulations
- Experience with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Experience in benefits, payroll, and compensation strategy is a strong advantage
