Job description: OverviewHow you can make a differenceAs the Sr. Manager of Product Owners at HealthEquity, you will lead and empower a high-performing team of Product Owners and Business Analysts who are critical to delivering meaningful, user-centered solutions across our platforms. By driving clarity in product vision and execution, you will ensure that business objectives are translated into actionable, well-defined requirements that deliver real value to our members, clients, and partners. Your leadership will foster strong collaboration across engineering, design, and business teams—ensuring the voice of the customer is embedded in every product decision.What you’ll be doing
- Leading a team of high-performing Product Owners and Business Analysts
- Driving initiatives critical to HealthEquity's mission and strategic objectives
- Tracking responding to KPIs and performance indicators for our shared services
- Partner within Product & Technology as well as across departments to ensure successful launches and respond to issues
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and support a quality experience
- Aligning team resources with priorities
- Training and developing Product Owners and Business Analysts
- Managing delivery risks and communicating status to executive sponsors and stakeholders
- Improving product processes and outcomes, including ensuring requirements are properly documented and vetted
- Partnering with service delivery and operations teams to respond to issues, including documenting root cause and tracking action items
- Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to product management (such as business management)
- 8+ years of experience in relevant roles (business analyst, product owner, product manager, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in people leadership roles
- Proven track record of successfully driving initiatives, including cross-functional stakeholder engagement
- Experience in the healthcare and finance industries, with a peference for spending account experience (HSA, FSA, Commuter, COBRA)
- Experience implementing 3rd party solutions and managing migrations
- Experience with data sharing with customers & partners (API, file integrations, etc.)
