• Manage and maintain a portfolio of delinquent accounts


• Initiate contact with clients through phone calls, emails, and follow-up correspondence


• Negotiate payment arrangements and settle outstanding debts effectively


• Document all interactions in accordance with company policy and compliance regulations


• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster trust and cooperation


• Analyze financial status and client circumstances to develop tailored repayment plans


• Collaborate with team members to improve collection strategies and processes

• Proven experience as a debt collector or in a similar role


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to negotiate and influence clients effectively


• Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail


• Proficiency in using collection software and Microsoft Office Suite


• Ability to work independently while being part of a remote team environment
