This wide array of devices and instruments helps meet the challenges of an evolving healthcare environment.Position SummaryThe primary responsibilities of this role will be to work as part of the Pleur-evac Remote Sales Team to meet all metrics and deliverables as they relate to projects/outbound calling, providing support to customers and field representatives as needed, and maintain the highest degree of customer experience.Principal Responsibilities
- Complete a high level of outbound calling resulting in successful customer interaction for Pleur-evac
- Execute special projects to aid in business growth
- Ensure customers are supported in a timely manner
- Work to support Field Reps as needs arise
- Work with Customer Service in ensuring shipments and needs of customers are met
- Understand, analyze, and prioritize customer needs for assigned products
- Work with customers on daily interactions including pricing, substitute products, samples, order status
- Report customer concerns to Remote Sales Manager, Pleur-evac as needed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing/R&D/Customer Service) to service customers
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting requirements and special projects as they arise
- Help in regaining lost customers
- Work to improve team NPS score
- Adhere to and ensure compliance with the Teleflex Code of Ethics, all Company policies, rules and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years in medical device industry is a plus
- Remote/inside Sales experience preferred
- Ability to complete a high level of outbound calling resulting in successful customer interaction
- Analytical skills - advanced use of SAP, MS Excel, MS Office, salesforce.com
- Independent thinker that can take initiative to solve a problem without significant direction
- Big picture orientation with attention to detail will be critical for success in this role
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and through writing with a variety of medical professionals
