This position is located in the NCDIT Incident Management Center (IMC) and will be required to work night shift on location. IMC Operations Analysts are responsible for supporting an Integrated 24×7 Enterprise Incident Management Center. This position will provide initial diagnostic support for a range of services offered by NCDIT. Services include network, hosting and mainframe and will vary as other services are added and retired. The position will be responsible for the monitoring, identification, initial analysis and resolution of issues related to any of these services following established procedures.About the Organization
