Job description: Job Title: QA Tester – Credit Card Conversion Project

Location: Richmond, VA – Hybrid (3 days in-office, Mon–Thurs optional, Fri remote)

Duration: 6 MonthsOverviewThe candidate will be supporting a credit card conversion project within a financial services organization. This is a small team focused on validating credit card authorization functionality.Responsibilities

• Execute test cases simulating various credit card usage scenarios.


• Write and maintain test cases.


• Validate authorization flows using internal tools.


• Confirm expected outcomes through backend verification.


• Document test results and maintain testing artifacts.


• Communicate cross-functionally to ensure accurate validation when upstream systems are involved.

• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or software testing roles.


• Experience in the financial services industry, preferably in large enterprises.


• Familiarity or working knowledge of Splunk.


• Understanding of green screen environments (familiarity with TSYS or similar systems is a plus).


• Exposure to or experience with Cucumber for behavior-driven testing.


• Experience with Gherkin is beneficial.
