- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize business potential.
- Ensure on-time delivery, damage-free services, and accurate billing through meticulous scheduling of pickup and delivery appointments, manipulation of customer orders into the order management system, and obtaining approval for accessorial charges for assigned customers.
- Proactively engage with internal and external customers on any applicable assignments.
- Use Transportation Management System (TMS) and other software platforms to accommodate and support functional areas.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Effectively manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments., Required
- Make timely decisions, build strong customer relationships, and communicate effectively through various mediums., Required
- Prioritize, structure, and schedule tasks to maximize effort, meet deadlines, and handle a busy work environment., Required
- Maintain composure under pressure, demonstrate flexibility, and exhibit self-drive to excel in a fast-paced setting., Required
- H.S. Diploma/GED, Required
- Bachelor's Degree in in business, logistics or supply chain, Required
- 1 year or more in relevant experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field., Required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Advanced, Required
- Knowledge in the logistics industry, applicable local and Federal regulations, and fundamental understanding of Supply Chain Management components. Intermediate, Required
