As a Sales Operations Manager, you will design and execute strategic operational processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and support revenue-driving initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of GTM metrics, and a collaborative approach to cross-functional alignment. This role will partner closely with sales, finance, and product teams to drive business efficiency, support executive-level decision-making, and streamline internal processes.Accountabilities:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic sales operations processes across the GTM organization.
- Build and maintain corporate QBRs and executive reporting templates to support leadership decision-making.
- Identify and implement scalable improvements to pipeline development, productivity tracking, and sales efficiency.
- Collaborate across departments to streamline operations and enhance alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive annual planning processes and support budget forecasting in partnership with finance and sales.
- Communicate complex insights through executive-level presentations and performance updates.
- 6+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations, ideally within B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong knowledge of GTM metrics such as pipeline, productivity, and capacity planning.
- Proven success managing cross-functional projects and executing operational improvements.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with an ability to distill data into actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting executive-level narratives.
- Experience with project management, process mapping, and collaborating with finance and product stakeholders.
- Prior experience in SaaS or CPaaS environments is highly desirable.
