Live Chat Remote Support

Your job will be to respond to live chat messages from customers on a business’s website and help them with their support questions. Don’t worry if you have not done this type of work before, this is an entry-level position and full training is provided. </span></p>
<p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">As a live chat assistant, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on a business’s website and social media channels. Your duties will include answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. As a valued member of the team, you will play a vital role in creating a positive customer experience and driving sales.</span></p>
<p><strong>Contract length:</strong><span style="font-weight: 400"> No fixed term</span></p>
<p><strong>Rate:</strong><span style="font-weight: 400"> $25 – $35 per hour</span></p>
<p><strong>Skills/background needed:</strong> <span style="font-weight: 400"> Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.</span></p>
<p><strong>Hours per week:</strong><span style="font-weight: 400"> 5 – 40 hours a week</span></p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong><span style="font-weight: 400"> Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).</span></p>
