Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Administrator in Human Resources as part of Talent Management and Learning, specifically supporting Enterprise Facilitation. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operations of the Branch Banking business line. The Senior Business Execution Administrator will be responsible for administering various programs, projects, and processes that are specific to the business, ensuring that all operations are conducted efficiently and effectively. The position requires a strong focus on quality, cost-effectiveness, and the ability to escalate any concerns related to the assigned operations. In this role, you will provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to key business partners, coordinating and monitoring the implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies. You will interact closely with your colleagues in Enterprise Facilitation on various operational initiatives and support Learning and Development (L&D) communications by providing updates through the L&D Resources app. This position is designed for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and maintaining a high level of attention to detail. The role requires onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement, with three days in the office and two days of telecommuting. The position is available in several locations, including Minneapolis, MN; Dallas, TX; San Antonio, TX; Westlake, TX; and West Des Moines, IA. Relocation assistance is not available for this position, and the posting will remain open until August 26, 2024, or until filled due to the volume of applicants.
Responsibilities
Support the operations of a specific business line (Branch Banking)

Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the business

Perform business operations that are administrative in nature

Facilitate efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions, and escalate concerns related to the assigned operation

Provide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to key business partners

Interact with immediate Enterprise Facilitation colleagues on operational initiatives

Support L&D communications by providing communications and updates through the L&D Resources app
Requirements
4+ years of Administrative Support, or Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education
,
1+ year of learning and development experience
,
Knowledge of and experience working with Branch Banking (preferably as an L&D facilitator)
,
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
,
Ability to effectively collaborate with the traditional branch
,
Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
,
Experience exercising independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques

Demonstrated project management experience related to business execution and initiatives

Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving complex customer issues
