Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Live Chat Agent to join our support team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers via our website or app's chat interface. Your main role is to provide accurate, timely, and helpful responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and promoting brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and order support.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a chat-based environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computers and familiarity with live chat software or CRMs.

Working Conditions:

  • Remote or in-office work depending on company policy.
  • Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays may be required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,100.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week

Work Location: Remote
