<div>Our Company is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative.</p>
<p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>Take over closed deals and assist clients with onboarding<br />
Ensure fast paced and uninterrupted support to clients via email or phone as needed<br />
Vendor communication for timely delivery of our clients’ service<br />
Create and maintain documentation for the processes you own<br />
Improve client response rates as well as client satisfaction</p>
<p><strong>Requirements / Must Have</strong></p>
<p>Previous experience in a customer service<br />
Previous experience in corporate services business is a plus<br />
Self motivated to learn new skills<br />
Empathy<br />
Proactiveness<br />
Self-Starter Type<br />
Ability to self organize based on priorities<br />
Listen, Learn, Grow mindset<br />
Excellent command of English – written and spoken<br />
Experience working remote</p>
