Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service? Kandi Kouture is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to handle customer interactions via email, phone, and chat, and manage service order fulfillment. You must have Zendesk and Shopify experience.
Key Responsibilities...
Answer customer calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally
Provide detailed information about our products and services
Troubleshoot technical issues on Shopify/Zendesk
Multitask effectively and collaborate with internal departments
Follow up on unresolved customer inquiries
Identify customer needs and recommend products or services
Ideal Candidate:
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Strong multitasking abilities and adept at handling high call volumes
Proficient in Zendesk and Shopify, with familiarity to shopify apps
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Typing speed of 40+ WPM for phone and 45+ WPM for chat
Ability to troubleshoot various application types.
Ensure all customer inquiries are properly logged into the ticketing system.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Zendesk & Shopify experience 2+ years of experience in a customer support or service-related role Proven critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues Self-motivated, team player, quick learner, systematic, and adaptable Prior experience in the dance industry or clothing retail industry is a plus!

Work Shift:
This is a part-time job and we aim to give you 20 hours per week however some weeks can be more such as 40 hours per week when we are receiving an overwhelming amount of tickets this would be during times such as Black Friday and Christmas sales so mainly November and December. Therefore we will need someone who is available during thanksgiving and christmas.
Typical hours 8am-12pm pst Monday-Friday
(However you must be available 8am-4pm Monday-Friday just in case extra hours are needed)
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
