- Marketing Analytics is a part of Humana’s Marketing Organization, supporting marketing initiatives with actionable data and insights across the full consumer lifecycle.
- We champion a holistic marketing measurement strategy to ensure campaign results are measured with a consistent approach throughout all touchpoints of the consumer funnel.
- We are seeking a talented data professional and experienced leader to join our team as a Director of Integrated Marketing Analytics working remote anywhere in the US.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of professional experience in marketing analytics
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience in implementing unified marketing measurement frameworks (including but not limited to MMM, MTA)
- Demonstrated experience across the Adobe marketing stack with a focus in Customer Journey Analytics
- Deep experience in digital analytics and unifying online/offline measurement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence
- Ability to lead in matrixed structure and work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders
