Remote Representative (Part-Time)

<p>As a District Representative, you’ll engage with clients to meet their needs while also playing a key role in training and developing a high-performing team. You will drive sales and help expand the District, starting in a flexible part-time capacity with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as you build your team. This is a remote role, primarily conducted through Zoom, offering unmatched flexibility. Raises and promotions are merit-based, with uncapped earning potential. </p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage and staff the District while maintaining a focus on growth and development.</li><li>Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve both individual and team success.</li><li>Work directly with the Regional Vice President to gain valuable insights and coaching.</li><li>Stay adaptable and coachable as the role evolves with the needs of the business.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>U.S. residents only.</li><li>Must be 18 years of age or older.</li><li>Able to successfully pass a background check.</li><li>Competitive and driven nature is a plus.</li><li>Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.</li><li>Ambitious and eager to grow within the role.</li></ul>
